'Tis the season for delicious gingerbread treats! This gluten free recipe is honestly better than any gingerbread cookie I have made. Perhaps it's the almond flour and molasses combination? It's just delicious and the cookies are perfectly chewy and soft. I like to use tree and gingerbread cookie cutters to match my earrings :) Tip: I also suggest making a few round cookies to use for a cookie sandwich with peppermint, vanilla, or chocolate ice cream.
Parchment paper is very key for a super easy cleanup. super delicious!

Just made these today! They were so yummy! I used Cup 4 Cup GF flour and omitted the Xanthan gum, since its in the flour mix already. They came out great.
